Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for item(s) that are in the same condition that you received them. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Once 14 days have passed, you will be unable to return your item(s). 

Please note, the following goods are exempt from our return policy:

- Bespoke commissions

- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons

If returning via post, shipping is to be covered by the customer. Please contact us through email if you're wishing to return your item via post and send us proof of postage so we know when to expect the item(s) back.
