Just 10 minutes from Birmingham city centre and a five-minute walk from St Paul’s tram stop, our basement meeting room is a straightforward space, ideal for small events, talks, and workshops.

With its raw industrial feel and distraction-free setting, it provides a private backdrop that’s perfectly suited to creative sessions and focused discussions.

Rates

• Daily rate (Mon–Fri): £130 + VAT

• Refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits): £5 per person, per serving

• Sandwich platter: £11.50 per head

• Additional catering on request

Half-day, hourly and evening rates are available by arrangement. Please note the meeting room is not available at weekends and out-of-hours hire may incur an additional fee.

Bookings cancelled 7 days or more before the date will receive a full refund. No other refunds apply.
